Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)
1. Delivery Method:
All products available at Charles Bury Art are digital assets (Procreate brushes). No physical items will be shipped to your address.
2. Immediate Access:
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated email containing a
download link for your files. Access is also typically available on the order confirmation page.
3. Shipping Costs:
Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, handling charges, or taxes associated with physical delivery.
4. Technical Requirements:
Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and the necessary hardware/software (iPad, Procreate app) to download and use the files correctly.5. 5.Need Help?
