Terms of Service & Licensing
1. License: Upon purchasing these Procreate brushes, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use (creating your own artwork).
2. Restrictions: You may not sub-license, resell, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute the brush files themselves to any third party. The files may not be included in other brush sets for sale.
3. Technical Requirements: Use of these products requires an iPad, the Procreate app, and an Apple Pencil.
4. Intellectual Property: All copyrights to the brush designs remain the property of Charles Bury.
